The vaulted ceiling living room is open to the dining room where sliders take you out to the deck and yard beyond. Skylights in every room. Home is positioned in the middle of a 1.5 acre wooded lot to take advantage of the southern exposure and the seclusion.Sparkling, beautifully tiled kitchen and bathrooms. A large deck provides the perfect setting for relaxing after a day at the beach or in town.

The house is custom designed and is positioned to take full advantage of the sun from its rise in the east to its set in the west. Every room will provide you with the sun's presence. The house is close to Long Point Wildlife Refuge and the grounds will make you feel like you are in the middle of the oak forest.
Sit back and listen to the sound of the south shore. Simple details and modern conveniences take you away where you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom is the focal point on the second floor. Queen bed is just right for drifting off into dreams of ocean waves and sunshine.
Second bedroom offers two single beds in a cozy northern exposure room. Decorated with sunny reminders of those long vacation days that just seem to last forever.
Third floor loft faces west where sunsets over the Chilmark hills are unforgettable. A queen size futon is perfect for dreaming of the clouds drifting by.
